Rim has over 10+ years of experience in M&A, Deals, Transaction Advisory and Business Valuations. Senior Underwriter & Loan Originator
Giselle is the Sr Underwriter and Loan Originator at Bosque Capital Inc. Giselle formerly worked for over 10 years in the Criminal Justice field working with both youth and adult offenders implementing programming, case management, assessments and developing creative community-based sanctions in accordance with The Ministry of Attorney General, The Ministry of Children and Youth and Toronto based school boards. In 2015, Giselle decided to embark on a new career journey in the mortgage industry starting out as a Mortgage Agent. With her skill set, tenacity, attention to detail , strong interpersonal skills she was hired on at her brokerage as a Jr. Underwriter. She later moved on to working with various banks, monoline lenders and brokerages as a Fulfillment and Underwriter for the last 7 years. Her ability to deal courteously, professionally, and tactfully with fellow peers, agents, brokers and clients in a variety of circumstances has resulted into her success in initiating, promoting and maintaining strong interpersonal relations. Her capability of rendering credit decisions on incoming applications consistent with industry policies and guidelines, underwriting mortgage commitments and verifying supporting documentation has assisted her in readily solving problems and undertaking challenges with great enthusiasm.
Ramie Buttar, BSc, RPh, CDE
Ramie is a pharmacist by training. However, her family’s endeavours in owning and operating multiple pharmacies and investing in multi-unit investment properties. Ramie acts as a liaison between our real estate loan investors and our mortgage broker connections.

Jim’s experience as a real estate agent provides Bosque Capital with a network connected to various real estate brokers who provide various investing opportunities via 1st and 2nd mortgages. In addition, Jim utilizes his real estate agent expertise to oversee and analyze all real estate appraisals relied upon in funding deals.
